How to Use the Billing Portal

To manage your subscription, payment methods, or billing history, visit:

What You Can Do There

View Your Current Payments

- See your active subscriptions and payment plans

- Check next billing dates

- View pricing details

- Monitor current access levels

Update Payment Information

1. Click "Payment Methods"

2. Select "Add Payment Method" for a new card

3. To change your default card:

- Find the card you want

- Click "Set as Default"

- Confirm your choice

Access Your Billing History

- View past payments

- Download invoices

- See upcoming charges

- Export billing history

Manage Subscriptions

1. Select "Change Plan"

2. Compare available options

3. Choose your new plan

4. Review the changes to see:

- New pricing

- When changes take effect

- Any prorated charges or credits

5. Confirm your selection

To cancel a subscription:

1. Select "Cancel Subscription"

2. Let us know why (this helps us improve!)

3. Review the terms

4. Confirm cancellation

Note: When you cancel a subscription, you immediately lose access to all subscription materials.

Q: When do subscription changes take effect?

A: Most changes start at your next billing cycle. Upgrades usually apply right away, with prorated charges.

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: Refunds are generally NOT accepted. There are specific lower-priced offers that allow a refund.
