For PDF lessons and materials that allow printing, you have two simple options to get them onto paper. Follow these steps to print your documents easily:
Option 1: Use Your Browser's Print Shortcut
Open the PDF lesson you want to print in your browser.
Press the Ctrl + P (Windows) or Command + P (Mac) keys on your keyboard.
The print dialog box will appear. From here:
Select your printer.
Adjust print settings if needed (e.g., number of copies, layout, etc.).
Click Print to begin printing your document.
Option 2: Download and Print
Locate the PDF Options Button on the PDF lesson page.
In the following page, click the Download or Print Button to save the PDF file to your device or Print the file out.
Open the downloaded PDF on your computer.
Once opened, press Ctrl + P (Windows) or Command + P (Mac) to access the print dialog box.
Select your printer, adjust settings as needed, and click Print.
Troubleshooting Tips
If the print option doesn’t work, ensure the document is opened in a PDF viewer that supports printing (like Adobe Acrobat or your browser’s built-in viewer).
Double-check that your printer is properly connected and has sufficient paper and ink/toner.
