The Level 3 Certification in DreamState Persuaders is your chance to showcase mastery of the most advanced and transformative persuasion techniques, particularly in high-level selling scenarios. Unlike Levels 1 and 2, this certification includes a live test over Zoom, where you’ll demonstrate your skills in real-time.
Here’s everything you need to know to prepare for and complete your Level 3 Certification:
Step 1: Prepare with Lightning Tutoring
Your Level 3 program includes one year of Lightning Tutoring, providing you with the support you need to refine your skills and prepare for the live test.
Use these sessions to:
Practice advanced persuasion frameworks and techniques.
Receive personalized feedback from Kenrick.
Build confidence in applying DreamState Persuaders strategies in real-world selling scenarios.
Important: Only students who have participated in Lightning Tutoring or are active coaching clients are eligible to take the Level 3 Certification test. This ensures we’re familiar with your progress and can confidently evaluate your readiness.
Step 2: Schedule Your Certification Test
Once you feel ready to take the live test, follow these steps:

Send us a message indicating you’re ready to schedule your certification test.

Receive a Scheduling Link:
Our team will send you a link to book a convenient time for your Zoom certification call.
Step 3: Take the Live Certification Test
During the live test, you’ll:
Participate in a one-on-one Zoom session with Kenrick Cleveland personally.
Complete real-world scenarios and prompts that assess your ability to apply DreamState Persuaders techniques effectively.
Receive personalized feedback to help you understand your strengths and areas for improvement.
Testing Policy for Level 3 Certification
First Attempt: If you do not pass, you may continue using Lightning Tutoring to refine your skills, as long as it is within 12 months of your enrollment. Our team will guide you on when you’ll likely be ready to retest.
Second Attempt: If you fail again, you must wait six months before taking a third and final test.
Final Attempt: Most participants will be fully prepared by this stage, as our structured process and tutoring ensure your growth and readiness.
Step 4: Receive Your Certification
Upon successfully completing the live test, you’ll receive your Level 3 Certification in DreamState Persuaders. This certificate:
Will be emailed to you in a digital format.
Validates your expertise in advanced persuasion techniques and your ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
